I can’t say enough about the quality of care at this facility. For over four years our Mom was a resident and had great care here. People are the organization and this place has excellent people who really care about their residents. The staff here works exceptionally well as a team and I think that is because of their long tenure. You will find very low staff turnover here which contributes to the continuity of care as well establishing healthy relationships with their residents.

Unfortunately, I found this to be a very old a facility; although it seemed adequate, and I didn’t think my husband would like it there. It was just kind of dreary and dark, and the atmosphere was quite depressing to me. I would not feel comfortable driving there and being there, especially at night. I would like to have brought my husband to this facility, not only for rehab but also for long-term care, but I don’t think he would be comfortable.
She is very aggressive and impatient with her patients . I’ve seen her handle her own patients very aggressively and mistreats them and throws them around . She would throw her around and very very aggressive with her as well . I tried complaining about this they said they would give me a call back and I’ve never heard anything so I had to discharge my mother and moved her to a different facility. I hope this worker Michelle Gonzalez gets fired soon. And if you’re thinking about taking your family member here please just be aware.
